Producer Designation Rules

Sigma Underwriting Managers is pleased to announce the formation of an agency appreciation platform for those agents and brokers that have reached production levels well in excess of our quotas.

The premium levels that need to be reached will be based on a rolling twelve months and will be reviewed twice a year, on January 1^st and July 1^st.  Sigma Underwriting Managers works with both Retail and Wholesale customers, so the program will be divided based on customer type.

Retail Customers:

The minimum premium for the current twelve month time-frame will be $1,500,000 at a single office location for Elite + and $750,000 at a single location for Elite.  Agents who have achieved and maintain this level of production will be provided the following advantages:

1. Elite + only: Sigma Underwriting Managers will not accept an AOR/BOR for any renewal currently written on a direct basis by these agents.
2. Both Elite and Elite +: These agents will be able to reserve accounts 120 days prior to the account effective date.
3. Both Elite and Elite +: 1% additional commission in FL and TX, 1% additional commission in all other states on New Business

Wholesale Customers:

The minimum premium for the current twelve month time frame will be $2,000,000 at a single office location.  Brokers who have achieved and maintain this level of production will be provided two advantages:

1. These brokers will be able to reserve accounts 120 days prior to the account effective date.
2. 1% additional commission in FL (excluding Tri-County and Frame & JM in FL), access to Tri-County FL, 1% additional commission in all other states excluding TX on New Business

The agents and brokers which qualify will be announced on our website within 5 business days from the end of the quarter.
